Retractable Awnings

We have partnered with Marygrove Awnings (over 90 years in the awning business), to provide the Northeast Indiana and Northwest Ohio regions with a premier option for the enhancement of outdoor living space.

Marygrove brings its 90 years of experience in the awning industry to this partnership and has allowed us to offer many custom features as standard options.

Your Premier Shade awning will come with a motor for easy operation. Each awning is able to plug into an existing outlet, thus minimizing the need the for electrical service upgrades in most cases. Using your awning is as easy as pressing a button.

We also understand that, since a retractable awning is an investment in your property, whether your home, or business, maximizing the use time of your awning will create a greater return-on-investment. This is why we include integrated LED lights into all of our awnings. You don’t have to settle for unsightly add-on LED lights, these lights are integrated into the arms of the awning and are operated by the same remote used to move your awning. Your retractable awning will be an asset for providing shade but also extending the use of your outdoor space by providing a cozy ambience well after dark.

Your awning will not come unprotected. One of the greatest values in a Premier Shade awning is the factory installed protective case that is installed on every awning. Your awning fabric, when not in use, will be sheltered from the elements, including harmful UV rays that deteriorate fabric over time. Not only does your fabric come with a 10 year warranty, but the case-provided protection will allow for usage that extends well past the warranty.

With our EZ pitch option, that also comes standard, your awning’s slope can be adjusted an additional six to twelve inches to provide greater slope for water to run off if you decide to use your awning in the rain.

Does your patio area face west? You can select to add a front drop shade screen at the time of the original purchase, or upgrade down the road if you feel you need it! Our side screens can also be added to provide shade or privacy from nearby trails or neighbors.

A motion sensor can be added to help the awning retract if the wind reaches an unsafe level.
