Maintenance and Longevity

Our premium awning fabric is coated with a protectant against mold and mildew; however, the best defense is a good offense. Most awning manufacturers recommend cleaning your awning fabric every six to twelve months, yet most homeowners would rather not climb a ladder and deal with the hassle of such a process. With Premier Shade's option of awning cleaning, you can expect your awning fabric to be as protected as possible. Didn't buy your awning from Premier Shade? Not a problem!

We also offer "winterization" of your awning that will include a cleaning, the removal and storage of the front valance in the fall, as well as its reinstallation in the spring, with a change of batteries in your wind sensor and remote to make sure you are ready to enjoy the sunshine after the "down season."
